We Are in Formation

We are building the house before opening the door.

Artemis House is being built slowly, carefully, and with great intention. Before we take in our first dogs, we are creating the foundation they deserve. We are building the legal, operational, and community foundation needed to serve our dogs responsibly.

How to Get Involved

​We are building a small, values-aligned community of fosters, donors, volunteers, and advocates to form a circle of support around our Artemis House dogs. In addition to joining our Founding Community email list, there are so many ways you can help!​​​​​​

Founding Support

Founding support helps build the foundation Artemis House needs before we open our doors. Support may include future financial gifts, supplies for foster dogs, following us on social media, or sharing our mission with values-aligned people.

Foster Interest

Foster interest is for those who may feel called to open their home to a future Artemis House dog, either full-time or temporarily. We are beginning to connect with people who want to learn our philosophy and explore whether fostering may be part of their role.

Volunteer Interest

Volunteer interest is for those who may want to offer their time, skills, or steady hands as Artemis House grows. Support may include transport, outreach, social media, photography, supplies, fundraising, events, or other practical roles.

Skilled Support

Skilled support is for those with professional, specialized, or creative skills to offer. This may include veterinary connections, force-free trainers, groomers, photographers, accountants, grant writers, attorneys, web/design help, or other expertise.
